Extended Stay Occupancy Report

The Extended Stay Occupancy report allows users to track the guests staying at a property for an extended period.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports Dynamic Reports Guests/Reservations Key Revocation.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field

Description

Date

The date from which reservations in the Arriving, In-House, or Departed statuses must be retrieved. By default, the current property date will be selected. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 365 days in the past from the current property date. Future dates can also be selected.

Length of Stay (Nights) - From

The starting range of length of stay nights for which reservations must be retrieved.

Length of Stay (Nights) - To

The end range of length of stay nights up to which reservations must be retrieved.

Room Type

The room types for which the report must be generated.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Confirmation

The confirmation number of the reservation displayed with a hyperlink. When clicked, users will be navigated to the reservation. Users can search for a record using this value.

Guest Name

The guest name of the reservation displayed with a hyperlink. When clicked, users will be navigated to the profile. Users can search and filter records using this value. This column can be sorted.

Arrival

The arrival date of the reservation. Users can filter records using this value. This column can be sorted.

Departure

The departure date of the reservation. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value.

Nights

Total stay nights of the reservation. This column can be sorted.

Room Type

The current room type code of the reservation. When there are multiple room types, the room type code of the first night of stay will be displayed. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value.

Room Number

The room number assigned to the reservation.

Status

The status of the reservation. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value.

Rate Plan

The rate plan code of the reservation. When there are multiple rate plans, the rate plan code of the first night of stay will be displayed. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value.

Guests

The number of guests in the reservation.

Average Room Rate

The average room rate of the reservation.

Default Payment

The name of the default payment method associated with the reservation.

Company

The company profile associated with the reservation as a hyperlink. When clicked, users will be navigated to the profile. Users can search and filter records using this value. This column can be sorted.

Group

The group name associated with the reservation as a hyperlink. When clicked, users will be navigated to the group. Users can search and filter records using this value. This column can be sorted.

VIP

The VIP status associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value.

Loyalty

The loyalty name and tier associated with the reservation. When there are multiple loyalty programs, they will be displayed separated by a comma.
